- Showers will target western Washington, mainly the Olympic Peninsula, Wednesday.

- A few sprinkles and flurries will develop across the Great Basin and northern/central Rockies.

- A few showers may linger in Southern CA and develop into the Desert Southwest.

- Breezy conditions are likely for Southern California, southern Arizona and the southern and eastern parts of New Mexico.

- Lows will range from between below zero and the teens in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado to the 40s along the West Coast.

- With temperatures below average in eastern Colorado and both the eastern and southern parts of New Mexico but average to 15 degrees above average over the remainder of the region, highs will range from between 25 and 45 degrees across Montana, Wyoming and Colorado to the 60s and 70s in the lower elevations of California and the Desert Southwest.

- Come Thursday, some showers are possible in northwest Washington with scattered snow showers and some low elevation rain showers in the Rockies.
