- One to three inches of snow, possibly more, will fall across northern West Virginia and the Blue Ridge Mountains, southwest Pennsylvania and western Maryland.
- Less than 1 inch of snow will fall across southeast Pennsylvania, central and northeast Maryland, northern Delaware, south Jersey, parts of northernmost and western Virginia and southern West Virginia.
- Light rain with some change to snow will affect central and southern Virginia and the Delmarva Peninsula.
- New York and New England will be dry with plenty of sunshine toward the Canadian border, but a few flurries could sneak into southern New York during the day and into southern New England by overnight.
- Lows will range from below zero in northern Maine to the low 40s in southeast Virginia.
- With temperatures mainly near average except still slight above average in southern Virginia, highs will range from near 20 in northern Maine to the 40s and 50s in southern Virginia.
- Thursday will be a dry day with highs mainly in the 30s and 40s.
